I've never lived in a DST state. The modern world is truly a marvel, ain't it? Seriously, the electronic clocks are a snap, it's our internal clocks that take awhile to adjust. In fact I once heard a study (for what that's worth) claiming that youngsters can adjust to the time change in a day or so, but as we age it gets more difficult so that by the time you are a senior, it may take you up until about a month before the next change, to be fully adjusted. True? Who knows. I feel it for about 3 weeks, and I'm closer to senior than youngster. I believe this is the last time Ohio is switching. I think. I hope.
