		<description>Hi Luke - Now that I re-read that, I see my mistake.  I should have said of all the properties disclosed as a short sale, 450 are active, 6 are under contract, 81 have sold, and 309 have expired or been withdrawn.</description>

You said 450 short sales were disclosed. Shouldn&#039;t that encompass the active, sold, pending, withdrawn and expired?

So you would divide 81 by 450 and get 18%. Granted it&#039;s not much better but that&#039;s how I would do it.
