This is a one bedroom, one bath condo in Veranda at Ventana, in Tucson, Arizona.

This is the exterior of building 40, and the unit for sale sits in the lower right hand side. This picture shows the relationship of the building to one of the two pool and spa areas - you can just see it in the left hand side of this photo.

Let’s talk about the location first. Veranda at Ventana is just off of Kolb, North of Sunrise Road, which places it smack-dab in the middle of one of the most beautiful areas of town. Nestled up against the Catalina Mountains to the North, and a mile from Sabino Canyon, this condo complex has a great location. Grocery shopping, drug stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, pretty much anything you need is just down the street. Sabino Canyon attracts a lot of foot traffic: walkers, hikers, and cycling in the area abound. The Lowes Ventana Canyon Resort is just across the street, with world-class dining, and golf.

The Veranda at Ventana community is gated, with two pool areas and spas, while gas barbeques, ramadas, and play areas scattered about. There’s a fitness center open 24 hours, and a private clubhouse. The grounds are very green and lush.

This next picture is the view from the patio. You get a bit of the nice green grass and a bit of the mountains.

This unit for sale is on the ground floor and is a corner unit. The building sits close to one of the pool areas, but doesn’t directly face the pool so you shouldn’t hear noise from others using the pool and spa area.

Each unit has an assigned covered parking space, but this one sits close to some free visitor spaces, which means your guests won’t have to walk far to get to your home.

As you walk in, there’s a dining area and kitchen to one side, and the living room and bedroom off to the other. The kitchen has a nice pass-through and bar area so it isn’t cut-off from the rest of the house. There’s also a good sized pantry to add even more storage, and room for a full size washer and dryer in a closet off to the side. I like that the kitchen sink faces a good sized window just across the dining room.

The dining area is just off the kitchen, with an updated light fixture. It is conveniently placed just off the kitchen and beside the living room.

Speaking of the living room, the next two photos show that area, one taken from the entrance and one taken from the private covered patio.

This unit has a decent sized living room. In this view, you can see the entrance and the dining area just beyond. There’s a nice ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

The covered patio is just off the living room, beyond the double sliding glass doors. There’s a locked storage unit accessible from the patio for you to store your seasonal items, bikes, etcetera.

The bedroom is also a decent size, with a walk-in closet with a mirrored door. There’s a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well.

Just between the bedroom and the bathroom is another large closet with shelving. I am really quite impressed with the amount of storage in this condo.

The bathroom has a nice long counter and more under-sink storage, with a full sized tub and shower.
