Not really new construction. The homes here were built in the early 1990s. It's a large desert lot I guess, I'm not sure how else to describe it. It's been quite an experience, especially with a toddler crawling around the house. I don't think we'll be in this house much longer, it's kind of small and once the family grows we'll be looking elsewhere. However, scorpions will be on my mind when I look at the next purchase.
