		<description>Sometimes a buyer will ask me what I think of a house, and like you, I&#039;ll give them feedback that relates to their wishlist and other observations of condition, but I don&#039;t go much further.  It&#039;s funny that you bring up the internal monologue,  it is there, but as you have said, &quot;it doesn’t really matter, because I’m not the one living there&quot;, so I remind them of that and keep my monologue to myself.

I&#039;ll look forward to seeing howing you proceed on this idea!</description>
