I found it searching for a rental in the central area of Tucson- am looking to move by April. I am seeking a casita/studio in a SAFE, quiet area, small yard, w/d hookup, air conditioning, tile/concrete flooring would be a plus. I have 2 small, non-aggressive/destructive dogs-house broken- we come as a package deal. I am a dependable, professional, middle-age, non-smoker who used to be a home owner & would treat the home as my own. Looking for long term lease as I hate moving. I have relatives in the central area & they love it. I like an older, established, quiet neighborhood where some owners have casitas/studios on their property to rent.
