This is a nice newer home in Rincon Trails, over in Vail, in Southeastern Tucson. Built by Sombra in 2004, it’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with 2050 square feet, sitting on over a third of an acre lot.
I like the great room layout a lot in this house. There’s an octagonal entrance with a skylight, and then as you move further into the house, the kitchen and the dining area flank you on either side. They’re well-defined areas, which is part of what I like about the floorplan - it’s not an awkward big great room where you can’t figure out where to place the furniture.
The kitchen is a good size, with nice maple cabinets, black appliances, and a nice open usable space. I like the breakfast bar off the kitchen - very nice for entertaining, or for having a casual meal.
The master bedroom is a fairly good size, and it has a separate garden tub and shower. There’s a big closet, 2 sinks, and the commode has it’s own little room for more privacy.
The additional 2 bedrooms are larger than what you find in most subdivision homes.
Did I mention the 2.5 car garage? It’s right off the laundry room.
Out back is a very large yard, and the pool is off in the side yard, separately fenced to keep the pool area safe for any little kidlets that may be using the yard for playtime. Speaking of kidlets, this home is in the Vail school district, which has a good reputation, or so I hear. Back to the pool - it’s Pebletech, with sweet pop-up cleaning heads for low maintenance, and a rock waterfall.
