The kitchen just got new countertops and a new sink and fixtures. The eating area is just adjacent to the kitchen, which is convenient. There’s a good amount of both cabinet and counter space in this kitchen, with a nice flow between the eating area and living area.

This is the master bedroom, which is a good size. All the bedrooms have had new carpet installed recently, and everything has been painted inside so that the house is fresh and clean.

One of my favorite parts of this house is the shady, citrus lined patio, just off the eating area. It’s a private little area, set to the side of the house, a private little oasis.

The yard is a nice size as well, with some mature trees. There’s alley access, if you need to bring something in that way, but there’s also a double gate off the front, and room just beyond it to store and RV or boat.
